Is November really over already?! While we are all excited for the holidays and basketball season to begin, it just seems crazy that December is already here! As football season drew to a close with a devastating loss in the quarterfinals, we perked up a bit by kicking off the holidays in style. We attended the Tree Lighting Ceremony at Southlands Mall for the second year in a row and also squeezed in a night of Zoo Lights. With family nights being such a commodity, I am feeling extremely grateful to have enjoyed these fun traditions before the craziness of the season really gets underway.

Also, included in the pics above are a few from around town and lots of bundled up days. We were lucky to have our summer last much longer this year, but the cold has arrived and, boy, is it COLD!
